Produce the visual blueprint and source artifacts with provider fallbacks and an idempotent credit reservation.
Governed Boundary
Provider-generated 3D URLs are preview-only until an ingestion worker verifies the license, content type, file size, glTF structure, and optimization status. Exported source remains an artifact for inspection with strict sandbox safety.
